First Meeting
Estate Planning
For the first meeting for estate planning with us, it is helpful, but not required, to have:
- Your existing wills and trust, if any
- Deed(s) to your Michigan real estate, if any
- Name(s) and addresses of the person(s) you may appoint as:
- The successor trustee or co-trustees, for your Revocable
Living Trust - The agent or co-agents for your Durable Power of Attorney
- The patient advocate(s) for your Designation of Patient Advocate
- The successor trustee or co-trustees, for your Revocable
- Name(s) of your primary beneficiaries and the names of the contingent beneficiaries in the event the primary beneficiary predecease you
- Your questions about estate planning
